Refund policy

We’re excited about our products and hope you are too. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to offer refunds for qualifying orders. 
Orders purchased directly through pebblebee.com are eligible for our Money Back Guarantee while Pebblebee products purchased through other retailers are subject to the retailers’ return policies. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including original packaging, and be within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the cost of return shipping and that return shipping will not be reimbursed. Note that returned items may be subject to a 20% fee if not returned in like or near new condition.
